This accountant is not trustworthy he told me lies about having my tax rebate money and it took me 3 year to get it off him , when I started legal action he finally paid up . Do yourself a favour and find someone that other people have used for years and they would give a good reference to

CIS tax return
I used this company many years ago to do my CIS tax return and had serious trouble getting my money off him, he told me HMRC hadn't paid the moneys to him over and over again, I went down many routes to retrieve this money and finally my excellent solicitor was able to hit him with a legal letter ordering him to either show proof of bankruptcy or pay up! His hand was forced in the end, save yourself any hassle and use a reputable accountant
